About

In the Genes, Brain and Behaviour Laboratory, we are focused on understanding how our genes affect our experience of the world. We use a wide range of techniques spanning molecular genetics, cognitive neuroscience and psychology to investigate the genetic basis of behaviour and brain function. Our research examines normal variation between individuals, as well as disorders including autism and schizophrenia. By revealing the links between genes, brain and behaviour, we hope to cast new light on the architecture and development of the mind.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work, the Wurundjeri people, and pay our respects to the Elders, past and present.
