I am currently enrolled in the PhD program. My research would focus on attention orienting in children with autism. A question I have been asking for years is why many children with autism repetitively orient and sustain their attention to some particular stimuli or to some usual aspects of objects while ignoring others. I hope to get a deep insight into the mechanism of this phenomenon from the biological, cognitive, and behavioural perspectives. I came to Melbourne 6 years ago and completed my undergraduate and honours studies at the University of Melbourne. My story with this university and this city is still going on and I look forward to seeing my achievements in the coming years.
