How queer and trans youth engage with mindfulness apps
We invite you to participate in this project if you:
- Are 18-25 years old;
- Are trans, queer and/or gender-diverse; and
- Have used a mindfulness app before (positive or negative experiences)
Research suggests practicing mindfulness may help support mental health and wellbeing. Your participation will help University of Melbourne researchers understand young trans/queer/gender-diverse experiences with mindfulness apps.
How to participate:
This project involves taking part in an interview, either face-to-face (University of Melbourne Parkville campus) or via Zoom call. All participants’ identities will be kept confidential and pseudonyms will be used in written reporting.
