Our Strategy
The Brain and Mental Health Hub strategy focuses on strengthening research and engagement to advance mental health knowledge, foster collaboration, and enhance community impact. Rooted in diversity, innovation, and inclusion, our approach supports cutting-edge research, meaningful partnerships, and the professional growth of our members.
Our strategic priorities broadly fall into two key pillars: Research and Engagement
Research
To increase research capacity for its members and students by enhancing funding competitiveness, fostering collaboration, and promoting inclusive practices. We aim to support members with resources, training, partnerships, and the involvement of experts by lived experience to advance impactful research.
Engagement
To boost engagement by hosting events, supporting student-led initiatives, and fostering partnerships with stakeholders to promote dialogue and collaboration. We aim to broaden our reach, celebrate member achievements, and provide training opportunities to connect with the wider public and psychology professionals.
