Mindfulness group program

The 6-week Mindfulness group program involves the teaching and practicing of mindfulness skills in a group format. Each session will run for 2 hours and will be co-facilitated by two provisional psychologists. Anyone over 18 years of age can attend the mindfulness groups. You do not need to undertake a psychological assessment to take part. The mindfulness group programs will be running throughout the rest of the year. Please register your interest via the online enquiry form notifying us of what day and time you would like to attend.

The 6-week Mindfulness groups will be running on Monday and Friday on the following dates:
Group 1 and 2: Monday 21 September until Monday 26 October, 2020

Group 1: Monday, 12.00 – 2.00pm
Group 2: Monday, 3.00 – 5.00pm

Group 3 and 4: Friday 25 September until Friday 30 October, 2020

Group 3: Friday, 12.00 – 2.00pm
Group 4: Friday 3.00 – 5.00pm

Group 5: Monday 9 November until Monday 14 December, 2020

12.00 – 2.00pm

Group 6: Friday 13 November until Friday 18 December,, 2020

12.00 – 2.00pm
