Mindfulness group program

The 6-week Mindfulness group program involves the teaching and practicing of mindfulness skills in a group format. Each session will run for 2 hours and will be co-facilitated by two provisional psychologists.

Anyone over 18 years of age can attend the mindfulness groups. You do not need to undertake a psychological assessment to take part. The mindfulness group programs will be running throughout the year.

Mindfulness groups will be running on the following dates and times:

Mondays (12-2pm) (3-5pm)

  • 26 July – 30 August
  • 13 Sept – 18 Oct

Fridays (12-2pm) (3-5pm)

  • 30 July-3 September
  • 17 Sept- 22 Oct

Costs - $160
Students and staff - $120
