PhD Opportunity — Complex Dynamic Systems

The PhD student will be housed in the Department of Management and Marketing in the Faculty of Business & Economics at the University of Melbourne, but will have the opportunity to collaborate with researchers across the globe. The project is funded by the Australian Research Council and focuses on the dynamics of employee emotions and turnover in organizations. With a strong quantitative focus, the PhD student will have broad scope to learn and apply novel quantitative methods to study a variety of phenomena. All fees of course are waived and the student will have a stipend in excess of $30,000 per year for 3 years.
