Understanding the psychological impact of your menstrual cycle

So many people feel like they’re at the mercy of their menstrual cycle – lacking the roadmap to effectively navigate their moments of melancholy and bursts of inspiration.

At the Evolution Lab, we believe knowledge is power – and that’s why we’ve developed a study to explore the impacts of the menstrual cycle on our psychology, health and wellbeing. We‘re so excited to help people understand themselves better, so they can own their experience and thrive!
