How can we help?

  • How do I find my room?

    The last two digits indicate the room number. The first one/two digits indicate the floor level.

    For example, if the room number is 1006:

    10 = Level
    06 = Room #6 on that level

    If the room number is 615:

    6 = Level
    15 = Room #15 on that level

    If you still need further assistance locating a room, please use this map for the Redmond Barry Building.

  • I think I’m lost on campus!

    To find your way around campus, please search for your destination on the University’s interactive map.

    Alternatively, you can download the Lost in Campus app on your device to navigate your way around the University.

  • Where are the toilets located in Redmond Barry?

    The toilets can be found on the west side of the building through the fire door. Male and female toilets are located on alternate floors. The disabled toilets are located on Levels 5 and 10, near the fire door.

  • Do I have a tutorial in Week 1/this week?

    Please refer to the LMS for each subject. There will be subject-specific information provided and a welcome announcement from your coordinator before classes commence.

  • How can I book a room?

    All student forms, including room booking forms, can be found via the Student Forms site. Please allow at least 5 working days* for your request to be approved.

    *Please note that bookings made on shorter notice cannot be guaranteed.

  • What is the process to borrow or collect a key?

    All student forms, including key hire forms, can be found via the Student Forms site. The full instructions to our key hire process are outlined on the top of the key hire form.

  • What is the process to borrow test library items?
