Identifying the distinct neurocognitive phenotypes of post-acute COVID-19 syndrome

This study investigates the neurocognitive symptoms present in patients presenting with post-acute COVID-19 syndrome (PASC; signs and symptoms developing during or after a COVID-19 infection persisting beyond 12-weeks). Specifically, we aim to 1) characterise the nature of neurocognitive deficits present in PASC, 2) identify whether, given the heterogeneity of reported psychometric deficits associated with PASC, distinct neurocognitive phenotypes can be identified, and 3) determine whether there are any clinicodemographic factors associated with an increased risk of psychometric deficit.
