Congratulations to Master of Psychology graduate Julia Adams!

Julia’s thesis explored how people engage with meditation apps in real-world settings. Her research identified key factors that influence sustained app use, including users' readiness for change, expectations of benefits, and perceptions of app quality, contributing valuable insights into the role of digital interventions in mental health care.

Since graduating, Julia has been teaching meditation and behaviour change classes in a women's prison while pursuing clinical psychology in the long term, with the goal of further applying her knowledge of behaviour change and evidence-based digital interventions.

We wish Julia all the best in her future endeavours!
