Biography
Ian Harper is Professor Emeritus of the Faculty of Business and Economics and the Melbourne Business School. He is a member of the Monetary Policy Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia, chairs the Australian Statistics Advisory Council and advises Kearney Australia New Zealand as a member of its Advisory Group.
For six years until November 2023, Ian was Dean and Director of Melbourne Business School and Co-Dean of the Faculty of Business & Economics. Prior to that, he was a founding partner of Deloitte Access Economics for seven years.
Ian hopes to help the Centre continue to build momentum in improving student and staff welfare.
